Bola practice balls are polyurethane practice balls in red, yellow or orange, The red and yellow balls are 5oz with a soft case to protect bats from damage but their dimpled effect gives them stability in flight. Choose red if you want to replicate the cricket ball or yellow for better visibility.

Balls will naturally wear out and the deterioration of the ball will affect the performance so always try to keep balls of the same age together as new ones will perform different to old ones.

The orange balls are 30z balls that are lighter to give higher bounce – ideal for practising the hooks, pulls and cuts etc and are great practice if you have a bouncy wicket – also advantageous for youngsters where the ball will bounce off a slower speed allowing coaches to drop the pace of the delivery but still get some bounce.
